Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Here at "At Home Health, LLC", we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25 for Home Health Aide Services and $50 for Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Skilled Nursing Care, Medical Social Worker Services.
